The purchased items can be returned within 14 days from the delivery date. Le Tresor does not accept returns after 14 days from the delivery date. All refunds will be made to the original form of payment.
Sales item (if applicable)
Refunds can only be made for items at the regular price. Unfortunately, sales items cannot be refunded. Sale / clearance items are not refundable.
Returns must be unworn / unwashed, free from stains (including makeup), free from animal hair, and free from significant odors / odors (including perfume or deodorant) with all product labels attached.
If your item is defective, it must be reported via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please note that if a defect is not reported within the specified timeframe, no refund will be given.
If your item is incorrect, it must be reported to us by email (email@example.com) within 24 hours of receiving it. Please note that if it is not reported within the specified timeframe, you will not receive a refund.
The goods can be returned to our distribution center. All packages must have a tracking number as lost packages without tracking information will not be refunded.
The original shipping cost will not be refunded and the cost of returning the item will be the responsibility of the customer.

You can choose between a credit refund or a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are issued within 10-14 business days of receiving your package. Please take into account the institutional processing times.
We do not offer exchanges.
Our models are in great demand and we cannot guarantee that the item you would like to receive is in stock.
Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed as we start processing it immediately. For further questions please contact us: firstname.lastname@example.org and provide your order number.
REFUSED AND NON-DELIVERABLE PACKAGES:
A processing fee of 50% will be charged for orders that are rejected by the customer upon delivery and for orders that have been made "undeliverable" by the courier service.
