Shipping is free. We do not cover the return costs.
After receiving the order, you have 14 days to return the products to us if you are not satisfied. After 14 days we will no longer accept the products!
-The returned items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
- We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without first contacting us.
- We do not accept parcels that are returned cash on delivery. The return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We do not accept returned items that are for sale. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. FINAL SALE: All released or discounted items are FINAL SALES and are not eligible for return or exchange.
REFUSED AND NON-DELIVERABLE PACKAGES:
A processing fee of 50% will be charged for orders that are rejected by the customer upon delivery and for orders that have been made "undeliverable" by the courier service.

You can choose to have your in-store credit refunded or your original payment method refunded.
We have free shipping for all products from our Le Tresor collection. The goods are sent to you directly from our warehouses in France, Spain, USA, Poland, Germany.
In the Cyber Monday week and at Christmas time, some orders may be sent directly from our factory in Asia.
Due to the current situation (COVID19), shipping currently takes 10-15 working days. We hope for your understanding.

It takes up to a week until your shipment number can be tracked in DHL and DPD, we hope for your understanding!
The package will first be delivered to your home, where a signature will be required in order for you to receive your delivery.
If the delivery attempt to your home should fail, the package will be delivered to a neighbor who will sign for it. You will then find a notification slip in your mailbox that tells you which neighbor has received your parcel.
If the delivery attempt to your neighbor should also fail, a new delivery attempt will be made to your home on the next working day or your package will be delivered to the nearest parcel shop. You will receive a notification slip that tells you where you can pick up your parcel.
You have about 7 days to pick up the package at the parcel shop. Then the delivery will be sent back to us.
Order damaged on arrival
If you have received a product that is damaged or faulty in any way on arrival, write an email to our customer service at email@example.com as soon as possible and send us pictures of the damaged product and packaging. We strive to have 100% satisfied customers and will quickly help you resolve any grievances.
